Take some time to notice what's going on inside. Today, simply bring your attention to how you're feeling and let that be enough. If you check in and notice that you're feeling anxious, sit with that. Instead of pushing on with your day or questioning why, be with the feeling you're experiencing. How does it affect your body? Is your heart beating fast? Does your stomach feel queasy? Thoughts will come into your awareness and when they do, simply notice the thought and let it go.
