Experience Your Food

Life goes by so quickly and we don’t always take the time to truly enjoy the food we’re eating.  Before we know it, we've devoured a sandwich and are moving on to the next moment.  Today, bring your attention to the food you're eating.  You can do this with a snack or with a big meal.  All you have to do is heighten your awareness around the food you’re consuming.  A peach, for example, has a fuzzy, soft texture on its skin, but is soft and juicy inside.  Taste the flavors and explore the textures as you chew.
