Practice Kindness

It's no secret that being kind to others makes us feel good.  Today, make it a point to show kindness to five individuals you come in contact with.  It could be something as simple as holding a door or saying "hello" with a smile as you get on the bus.  Maybe you'll see someone struggling and you'll offer support.  Today, take some time to spread kindness and see what happens.
