Taking a Step

We often focus on the destination or what we need to do in order to get there. Thoughts come in and sometimes we don't even remember how we got to our appointment or wherever it is that we are. We get lost in our thoughts and somehow we get to there.  Today, I invite you to bring your awareness to the sensations in each foot as it takes a step forward.  Notice how the weight is distributed and what it feels like as each foot comes into contact with the ground. Even if it's just for a minute, bring your full attention to each step. Today, let's bring our awareness to the steps we take as we move toward our destination.
