4-7-8

The famous 4-7-8 breathing technique can be a great way to be present with your breath.  Breath in quietly through your nose to the count of 4.  Take your time with this.  Once you have reached 4, hold your breathe for 7 counts.  When you reach 7, audibly breathe out through your mouth to the count of 8.  Try it for two breathe cycles twice a day today.
