Sit Quietly

Today, carve out two separate times to sit quietly in a comfortable position.  Cast your eyes down without fully closing them.  Bring your attention to your breath and notice what it feels like as the air enters your body.  Notice what it feels like when you exhale. As always, thoughts will come up. When a thought arises, notice it, let it go, and bring your attention back to your breath.
