Make Room for the Discomfort

Close your eyes and notice what your physical body feels like.  Is there some tension in your shoulder?  Do you notice any muscles that are tense?  Any aches or pains?  As the feelings arise, simply notice them and make room for the discomfort.  You are simply becoming aware of the physical sensations that are currently in your body.  There is no need to take action.  Just notice what it feels like to be in your body right now, in this moment.
