Breathe

With your eyes gently closed, bring your attention to your breath.  Notice how it feels as the air enters your nostrils.  At the end of your exhale, think the number one. Continue to notice what it feels like as the breath enters your body and at the end of the next exhale, think the number two.  You can do this up until the number ten.  Once you reach ten, gently bring yourself back to one and start the process again. Thoughts will come up.  They always do.  When the thoughts come up, notice them and bring your awareness back to the sensation of the breath as it enters your nostrils.
