Take a Look Around

Waiting is a great opportunity to be present and practice mindfulness.  Check out your surroundings. Notice the colors around you or the sounds you are hearing. Take a moment to check in and see what you're feeling.  If you find yourself waiting for your computer to load or you're standing in a check out line with four people ahead of you, use the time to experience the moment.
