Acceptance

What would it look like if you were to show kindness and compassion to yourself when painful thoughts arise?  Instead of pushing them aside or berating yourself, see if today, you can bring loving acceptance to each thought and feeling that you notice.  Accepting that you are not your thoughts but that you are simply having a thought can be incredibly liberating.  See what happens when resistance becomes loving acceptance.
