Daily Routine

Today, bring your mindfulness practice to something you do everyday.  It could be making your bed, taking a shower, brushing your teeth, anything at all. Brushing your teeth, see if you can notice what it feels like to hold the toothbrush in your hand. Listen to the sound of the water running in your sink.  Bring your awareness to the feeling of the bristles as they stroke each tooth, the taste of the toothpaste in your mouth. Imagine that this is the first time you've ever brushed your teeth and be fully present to the experience.
