Sitting

Today, explore what it's like to sit.  We often put our body into positions without thinking.  When you find yourself sitting today, get curious.  What does it feel like in your body?  What is it like to connect with the ground through your feet? How does what you're sitting on impact your posture?  Simply bring your awareness to your body and the sensations you experience through sitting.
