Walking

As you walk through your life today, see if you can connect with the earth beneath your feet. Our bodies are always in the present moment so bring your awareness to your legs and your feet as you take each step.  Feel the muscles and joints as they shift and move. When a thought arises, simply note the thought and bring your focus back to your feet. You can even stop for a moment when you notice a thought.  Look around.  Take in your surroundings.  When you're ready, take a step and once again, bring your awareness to your feet as they connect with the ground.
