Breathe

Today, see if you can carve out fifteen minutes to sit in a quiet space. As you sit, bring your awareness to your breath.  Notice what it feels like to be breathing in your body right now.  Does your breath have a sound connected to it? What does it feel like to be sitting in your body?  This is an opportunity to be alone with yourself and the space around you.  Explore the sensations of the breath and your body.
