Connect
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath. Perhaps you notice your chest rising or your stomach expanding. Maybe you are aware of the air as it enters your nostrils. Simply notice what it's like to be breathing in your body today. Gently bring your awareness to the ground beneath you. What does it feel like to be connected to the ground right now, here, in this moment? How does your body feel? Notice the connection between your body and the ground as you go about your day.
