Just Be

Many of us spend our lives trying to do everything to the best of our ability. There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, it can be an admirable trait.  Today, however, let's explore what it feels like to just be.  Instead of striving or reaching, see what it is like to be with yourself in the moment. Whenever you notice that you are pushing yourself, connect with the breathe and your body.  Bring your awareness into the present and explore what it's like to simply be.
