Martin Luther King, Jr. was able to bring people together and he did so by speaking his truth and sharing his light with the world. He was a man of heart and he chose to focus on love, strength, courage and peace when many others were focused on resentment, ego, pain, and loss. Today, let's reflect on Martin Luther King, Jr. and how he chose to be in the world. His words, "I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear," remind us of the power of love. May we each recognize that every single moment is yet another opportunity to choose love.
