Silence

Today, see if you can carve out some silent time.  It doesn't have to be sitting and you don't have to be alone.  You could go for a silent walk or lay down for a few minutes.  By bringing silence into your daily life, you are giving yourself an opportunity to rest in the present moment. During this silence, thoughts will arise. Notice each thought and bring your attention back to your breath.
