Float Away
We all have habits and thought patterns. They come with the human experience. In fact, more often than not, these patterns keep us repeating the behaviors whether we want to repeat them or not. Today, I invite you to recognize the truth that we can change our thought patterns by recognizing our thoughts. With deep love and compassion, see if you can notice when a thought arises today that no longer serves you. Wish it well and let it float away, bringing your attention back to your breath. Freedom comes when we realize that we are that which our thoughts pass through. Just as water rushes down a stream, our thoughts don't need to stay. They can flow like the water as well. With this knowledge, see how many thoughts you can let pass through you today.
