Shoulds
Today, I invite you to notice where you get caught in the "shoulds." Thoughts that tell you there is a better way of being or a better way of doing something. "I should be like this..." or "They should have done that..." Without bringing any judgment to the thoughts, simply notice them as they arise. We are deeply conditioned to believe that we are not enough. We cause ourselves a great deal of suffering believing our thoughts to be our truth. Rest in the present and instead of attaching to a thought, notice it and allow it to be what it is; a thought. Nothing more.
