Drinking Water


Today, see if you can bring awareness to the act of drinking a glass of water. Let your hands feel the glass.  Is it heavy?  Cool to the touch?  Bring the glass to your lips and explore the sensations there.  When you're ready, take a sip, and bring your attention to the inside of your mouth.  What does the water feel like or taste like?
