Stand tall with your eyes focused straight ahead. Slowly raise your right shoulder to your ear and lower it down. Slowly raise your left shoulder to your ear and lower it down. Gently turn your head to the left and look to the right. Return your head to the center and gently turn it to the right with your eyes looking to your left. Bring your head to the center once again.
Starting with the crown of your head, slowly, gently, make your way to the ground so that your arms are dangling and your head is loose. Breathe into this position and notice what it feels like to be limp and loose. Slowly roll up until you are once again standing tall with your eye focused straight ahead.
