Smile


It's easy to get wrapped up in our thoughts and forget about the joy that lives within us. Today, I invite you to close your eyes and tap into the happiness inside.  Bring your attention to your breath and notice what it feels like as it enters your nose.  Relish each breath as it enters your body. Let a smile come to your lips. Let your cheeks rise. Let your heart open and your soul shine bright.
