Shower

Our daily shower can be a beautiful place to practice mindfulness.  More often than not, we rush through the experience or get lost in our thoughts, never noticing what the shower felt like on our skin.  Today, bring your awareness to the moment and what it is like to be there in the shower. Notice the scent of your soap as you wash.  Today, give yourself the gift of presence and fully experience your shower and the different sensations that arise.
