Create Space
Most of the time our thoughts take up so much space that we don't even realize we're thinking. Today, create space so that you can notice when you are thinking. Know that by simply bringing your awareness to a thought as it arises, you are allowing it to be recognized as a thought and not as a permanent truth. Noticing a thought gives us a chance to let that thought go. This awareness will help to provide space between you and your thoughts so that your thoughts are not leading you through the day. By creating this space, you are giving yourself the gift of being present to the life you are living as each moment unfolds.
