Do Nothing

Doing nothing can often bring about guilt, shame and self doubt.  We might question why we choose to do nothing instead of something.  We might compare our actions to others and criticize ourselves for our lack of drive. Doing nothing, however, can be a gift if we allow ourselves to savor the nothingness of the moment.  Bring your awareness to the quiet and listen to your body. We don't often hear what our body is telling us because we're too busy doing.  Today, carve out some time to be with your body and experience what it's like to do nothing.
