Journal

As humans, we are conditioned to look for the problems.  Our ancestors did this as a form of protection - looking for danger so that they could protect themselves from a charging wildebeest or another threat to them and their family.  As a result, we don't always take the time to look at who we are or what we have.  It's not something that comes naturally to us. Today, I invite you to start and end your day by writing down all the things you are grateful for.  See what comes up. If you enjoy the practice, you could make this a part of your daily routine.
