One Word

Choose a word as a reminder to drop into the present moment.  You can write it down and look at it throughout your day or listen for someone else to say the word.  It doesn't have to be a complicated word either.  It could be a word that you find grounding or a common, everyday word like "please" or "thanks." Let the word be a gentle reminder for you to check in and see what it's like to be alive, here, in this body, in this very moment.
