Tapping into Gratitude

Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Visualize someone you are grateful for.  It could be a friend, relative or pet. Once you've decided, picture the person sitting in front of you. Bring your awareness to your body and what gratitude for this person feels like.  Is it warm?  Where in your body do you feel it the most? Let the feeling grow and fill your body.  When you're ready, let the person know that you are grateful for them, in your own way, in your own time.   Now, picture this person feeling grateful for you and and letting that sensation fill their body.  Sit and receive their gratitude as they send it back to you.
