Say Hello

Today, bring your awareness to the emotions that are present.  What feelings do you notice as you bring your awareness to your entire being? If you notice an "unpleasant" feeling such as anger, frustration, pain or sadness, say hello to the feeling.  By saying hello, you are acknowledging its presence instead of pushing it aside.  You are, in a sense, welcoming this feeling and allowing it to be without labeling it as "bad" or "wrong."
