Be Here Now

Today, see if you can notice when you are thinking of the past or consumed by a memory. No need to judge yourself or analyze the reason. Simply noticing when your thoughts are in the past is enough. Bring your awareness to the thought.  If you'd like, you can even label the thought "Memory" and then gently bring your attention to the breath, breathing here and now, in this very moment.  By connecting with your breath, you are connecting with the present moment.
