Notice

It takes a great deal of awareness to hear the falsehoods our mind convinces us are reality and recognize that they are, in fact, just thoughts. Thoughts that we can choose to believe or discard. It is up to us. Today, see if you can bring your awareness to a thought that is no longer serving you. What would it be like to see this thought as another thought instead of a fact? See if you can notice the thought when it arises and gently bring your attention back to your breath.
