Gratitude

Today, I invite you to bring your attention to all that you are grateful for.  Start by connecting with your breath.  Notice what it feels like to be breathing in your body right now. What is it like to be alive, today, in this very moment? Perhaps you are grateful for your lungs or the fact that you can sit without pain. Perhaps you notice that you are healthy and can breath without support. Whatever it is, allow the feelings of gratitude to surface and simply sit with them.  There is great love and comfort when we connect with deep gratitude.  See if you can connect with these feelings as you move through your day.
