Sounds

Sometimes we are so disconnected from our life as it is unfolding that we don't even realize what we are experiencing.  Today, take some time to simply stop and listen. It doesn't have to be long.  In fact, it might just be a brief pause. When you stop, really listen.  Notice the sounds that surround you. Maybe close your eyes and feel the vibrations if you can. Take in the moment. As you move throughout your day, see if you can bring your awareness to the sounds around you.
