Thoughts

Today, I invite you to notice the difference between having a thought and being a thought. We have thousands of thoughts every day and many of us hear those thoughts and accept them as truth. They become a part of our self-concept. Take some time today to notice the difference between having a thought and being a thought. Instead of taking the thought as truth and thinking "I am not smart enough," explore the possibility that you are having the thought that you are not smart enough, and that you have thousands of other thoughts as well.  In reality, it's actually just another thought that you are having and you can let it go on its merry way.
