Overwhelmed

Today, if you notice yourself becoming overwhelmed, I invite you to stop and connect with your breath. Bring your attention to your body as it breathes in the air and notice how it shifts when you let the air out.  You may notice thoughts.  Perhaps you're thinking, "How am I going to get this done?" As thoughts arise, simply notice that you are thinking and bring your awareness back to the breath. As you move throughout your day, see if you can notice thoughts connected to feeling overwhelmed.  When you notice them, gently bring your loving attention back to the breath.
