Open Your Heart

Today, explore what it means for you to have an open heart.  What does that look like for you?  Sit quietly in a comfortable position and close your eyes.  Bring your awareness to your breath. Notice as the breath enters and leaves your body. When you are ready, bring your awareness to your chest. Imagine a warm, soft, light glowing in your heart. With each breath, allow this warm, soft, loving light to grow and spread throughout your body.  How might you bring this loving energy to yourself and to others throughout your day?
