Tonight

Tonight, I invite you to find a quiet space before you go to sleep.  Bring your awareness to your breath. No need to change your breathing.  Just notice the natural rhythm of your breath.  Sit for a few minutes and when you're ready, open your eyes and grab a notebook and pen.  Write down 10 things you are grateful for. No need to analyze or question the things that you write.  The important thing is to be honest with yourself and to connect with the feeling of gratitude before you go to sleep.
