Hearing now
Today, bring your awareness to the sounds around you. Perhaps you notice the sound of a creak in a floor board or faint voices in another room. Maybe you hear a car as it drives by or your neighbors closing their door. As you listen to the sounds in your environment, thoughts will arise. As you notice a thought, let your anchor be something you hear. Bring your attention back to the sounds that surround you, here, in the present moment.
