Love

I am humbled by the knowledge that even in the most wretched of circumstances, love is there.  You are, at your core, love.  Tapping into this truth - your truth - gives you the power to step out of your situation and experience something different.  Today, remind yourself that you don't need to seek out love.  You are love.
