The "I"

Today, notice when the ego shows up.  Notice when you have a thought around the "I." Maybe you hear, "This isn't what I signed up for," or "I don't deserve this." Whatever it is, connect with your breath.  Explore the physical sensations in your body.  Try to identify what feelings you are having.  As you breathe, imagine letting go of each one of those feelings and thoughts. Each feeling and each thought is a cloud, floating on as you reconnect with your breath.
