Transitions

Bring your awareness to the present moment when you transition today. Instead of listening to music in your car or talking on the phone, see if you can bring your attention to the sounds around you. Explore the sensations that are present as you walk from one place to the next.  Notice what the air feels like on your skin.  Once you arrive, bring your awareness to your breath as you settle into the moment. Use each transition today as an opportunity to be present and aware of your life as it is unfolding.
