Walking Today
As you walk through your day, gently remind yourself to bring your attention to your legs. Check in and see what it feels like in your right leg as it moves forward. Explore the left leg and the muscles as they move. What does it feel like as the sole of your foot touches the ground? We don't typically take the time to notice what it feels like to walk around. Today, see if you can bring your awareness to the muscles in your legs and your feet as you take your steps throughout the day.
