Expectations

Our expectations of ourselves and others can often be too much to bear.  Today, be gentle with yourself and with others.  Take note of where you are and let that understanding be enough.  Show yourself compassion and kindness.  Recognize that the struggle does not make things easier and that we often suffer unnecessarily.  Give yourself permission to be present to whatever it is you are feeling and remember to be gentle.
