Fear


We all experience moments of fear.  That is simply part of the human experience.  Instead of letting fear guide us or control us, we can simply witness the fear as it arises and watch as it dissolves. Today, see if you can notice fear as it arises.  Maybe you feel it in your body.  Maybe it is a thought. Bring your attention to the experience of fear and what that looks like for you.  Bring your focus to your breath and see if you can infuse your fear with love.  This may look like showing yourself compassion when you notice a thought of fear.  Or perhaps you bring love and kindness to yourself as you witness the fear arise.  Simply notice how your fear shows up and what happens when you allow your truth to greet it.
