New Beginnings

How might you bring mindfulness into the New Year? Without placing emphasis on the actions that need to be taken, see if you can explore what comes up for you when you bring your attention to the present. How might being more present benefit you and those around you?  How might showing yourself deep compassion and kindness affect your being?  What would it look like to show up fully, allowing your whole self to be whatever it is in the moment?  May this year bring you closer to your truth.  May you know peace.  May you love yourself fully and share that love with the world.
