Bring your awareness to your physical body and notice what it feels like in this moment. Is there some tension in your shoulder? Do you notice any muscles that are tight? Where in your body do you feel at ease? Are there aches or pains? As you explore, you may notice a desire to take action. Instead, see if you can simply witness the sensations and make room for the discomfort. You are simply becoming aware of your physical body. There is no need to take action. Notice what it feels like to be in your body right now.
