Physicality
Carve out a few minutes today to sit. Bring your attention to your lips and allow your face to form a smile. What do you notice as you smile? What happens in your body? Notice where your thoughts go and gently bring them back to your breath. Bring your face back to a neutral, relaxed state. Place your fists on your hips and puff up your chest. Some call this the Superhero Pose. What do you notice? How do you feel standing here in this moment? Simply notice how shifting your physicality can impact your emotional response.
