Breathing

If you take a moment to be still, you'll notice that you are breathing.  We can't breathe in the past or the future so anytime you notice your breath, you have become fully aware of the present moment. You are living now. Just as they do every day, we will have thousands of thoughts throughout our day. Today when you notice a thought, see if you can gently bring your attention back to your breath.
