Breathing
Bring your attention to your breath. At the end of your exhale, think the number one. Continue to notice what it feels like as the breath enters your body and at the end of the next exhale, think the number two. You can do this up until the number ten. Once you reach ten, gently bring yourself back to one and start the process again. Thoughts will come up. They always do. When the thoughts arise, notice them and bring your awareness back to the sensation of the breath as it enters your body.
